Manor House Cottage is a 3 bedroom cottage (sleeps 5) which is situated within the grounds of our own 16th century timber framed manor house close to Newick's delightful 11th century church. Newick is a charming village with a village green, cricket pitch and choice of traditional pubs. We are situated down a quiet lane, on the edge of the village, about half a mile from the main road (A272).

Newick is located in the heart of Sussex, only 15 minutes from the historic town of Lewes, which dates back to Saxon times. East Sussex, being on the south-east coast, averages more sunshine hours than elsewhere in England. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty, with varied scenery including rolling downland, deciduous woodland, mixed farmland and spectacular coastal stretches. Famous landmarks include the cliffs known as the Seven Sisters, Firle and Ditchling Beacons, the Ashdown Forest, Beachy Head and the chalk outline of the Long Man of Wilmington.

Please note that we maintain a NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy.
